An Adult Fiction Novel: Inspired by my own misadventures in finding love.
A man in his 30’s uncovers his life goals from his youth. It is apparent that nothing has gone according to plan. He isn’t married. His career isn’t turning out as expected. He doesn’t own a home or even a reliable car.
After meeting up with someone from his past he discovers an opportunity to chase his other dreams on the other side of the world. Desperate, and figuring he has nothing to lose, he takes drastic measures to leave his past life behind, but soon finds out that you can’t outrun your past. Determined to give his new life a chance he sticks to the plan, even when he discovers the trouble of living a double life. But deep down he knows what he has to do to swallow his pride if he will ever find what he has always wanted in life.
Soon he realizes Plan B is going worse than Plan A ever did. But a long way from home and a long way from his past life, he wonders if he is too far gone for anything to go right again. The only thing that’s left is to think big picture and give whatever works a new look and another try!
