I am the owner of WritCreate, LLC and I have conducted Professional Writing Services for 15 years, including creation of various projects, books, and games, some of which are featured on this site. I have an English, B.A. degree, and I am a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

I excel in Knowledge and Database Management: evaluating best practices; improving processes and development of training for intranet or Learning Management Systems (LMS); optimizing and implementing operational efficiencies; and overseeing Change Management by installing (Or being in tune with) a corporations sophisticated (Or not yet sophisticated) Policies & Procedures.

My specialty is to provide great communications to all levels of customers, be they your stakeholders, team members, or even contacts outside of your organization, because great project management is 90% communicating to reach desired results at every step along the way.

I will provide a free assessment of your needs and if it is determined that I can meet those needs I will then deliver in scope and on time, barring any unforeseen Force Majeure.

My Availability

I am actively looking for Freelance projects at this time. In between contracts I work on my own proprietary projects, books, and games, but I primarily live off of client and business projects. I am available hourly, part-time, or full-time for the next month, few months, or even beyond. That is subject to change though, so be sure to contact me right away, especially if you have a short window of time to complete a project. The more flexible you are in offering time to produce resolutions the more flexible I can be to meet your needs accordingly. My Rates

Isn’t it refreshing when you don’t have to wonder what you are going to pay for a meal, for a doctor visit, or say for professional project management, office administrative/personal assistant, writing, or even consulting services?

Of course, every project is different, but generally speaking, here are my rates for the types of services I usually offer:

Administrative Services:                                $21/hour
Professional Writing Services:             $25-30/hour
Project Management Services:                     $35/hour
Consulting Services:                                  $40-45/hour

My Job History

Administrative Services

I have performed Administrative Executive Assistant Services throughout my 15 year career. I am used to wearing many hats, whether in environments filled with red tape and well-defined Strong Matrix organizations or extremely fast-paced ambiguous atmospheres that require good sense and smart decisive actions.

Incidentally, I naturally became the face and voice in various administrative capacities managing and coordinating projects and operations in the last three organizations I worked for full-time:

  1. I have been Special Assistant to the CEO and built trust performing odd tasks as well as the typical scheduling, travel arrangements, and organizing of meetings. I was also utilized as a Cultural Expert and a main Point of Contact as a Special Projects Coordinator directly assisting the VP of Global Strategy with the logistics and implementation of the company’s main key strategic initiative: on-boarding and training, often remotely, of 500 employees, for a newly acquired Cebu, Philippines offshore Business Process Outsource (BPO) office in 2017. As you can imagine I performed many random administrative services, as needed, including navigating foreign processes and paperwork and performing initial facilitation of training for two months on-site.
  2. I have been an Executive Assistant, in a few places supporting CEOs, VPs, and other Executives, several Department Heads and an Associate University Librarian (AUL), and many other managers at all levels along the way. I have a keen ability to adapt to various leadership styles having served many rotating Heads while I was a Cataloging Operations Manager for 9 years. I have gained prowess in meeting management, including making agendas, inviting participants and following up on action items in a timely manner, conducting, navigating project management charts and other presentations, and recording minutes, sometimes simultaneously. I have handled diverse communications, logistics, budgets, and even HR tasks. I am organized, efficient, and reliable. I even served as a Department Assistant Coordinating Chair for a time working with cross-functional teams for 13 departments.
  3. I have served in the functions of a Customer Success Manager when working to build relationships and a provider network for an insurance company. The positions at the time were formally recognized as Network Director/Intake Coordinator. In that role I established a great outreach in areas we had meager representation prior. Though I am best at writing communications I am no stranger to getting on the phone, offering services, and helping wherever I can to make it a great experience for whatever customer I am serving. I have even perpetuated my Customer Service skills institutionally overseeing programs for implementing Call Center process maps, scripts, and Decision Trees (See Project Writing Services below).
Professional Writing Services

I have performed Professional Writing Services, primarily as a side hustle as they say, throughout my 15 year career. The pinnacle of my achievement was publishing my historical fiction film novel. That has encouraged me to write other books currently in the works. I have written many long formats getting company and personal stories out there in the form of copy writing, blog posts, news and newsletter articles, technical instruction manuals and guides, RFPs, creative writing and historical fiction, and also volunteered services for successful completion of grant proposals, event flyers, and other informational materials. I am open to discussing any similar ideas you would like to brainstorm about.

A project may consist of a wide array of activities with a defined outcome and set end in mind. Ever since my Eagle Project, creating a bridge between a city park and a school sport’s complex, I have been hooked. After refining my process for outlining and writing books I realized that that activity has a lot in common with any project I could undertake. Consulting Services

I have only recently started offering consulting to provide a fresh outside perspective in business transformation. The last five years I have been in positions to help conduct a deep introspective look within organizations. I have worked with business analysts, optimization specialists, executive officers, and formal and informal Project Management Offices. Here are the main overhauls I have assisted with:
